Estradiol and Progesterone Receptors of Human Endometrium in Women with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortions

Estrogen and progesterone receptor(ER,PR) concentrations of endometrium were measured by dextran-coated,charcoal method in normal women and the patients with recurrent early spontaneous abortions. We studied the relationship of ER,PR of endometrial development and the E2,p of the serum. We found that E2 levels of luteal phase of recurrent spontaneous abortion group were significant lowered,and the ER in the proliferative phase and PR in the secretory phase are lower than that of control group.The PR levels of decidua in patient with recurrent early abortion were also significantly lower,and PR concentration in the plasma and 40% recurrent abortion appeared the reduction of ER,PR.
