Optimization on the Craft of SFE-CO_2 Extraction for Litsea cubeba (Lour.) Pres.and its Pharmacodynamic Research

Objective To study the optimal technology of supercritical-CO_2 fluid extraction(SFE-CO_2) for Litsea cubeba(Lour.)Pres.and its pharmacodynamic effect.MethodsThe yield of extract was used as index to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design,in which 4 factors considered were extraction temperature and pressure,separation temperature and pressure;the animal models of bacteriostasis,anti-anaphylaxis,analgesia,conscioussedation were used to study the function of the extract.ResultsThe optimum extraction conditions was extraction pressure 25MPa ,temperature 40℃,separation pressure 8MPa,temperature 50℃;The extract had good pharmacodynamic action of bacteriostasis,anti-anaphylaxis,analgesia and conscious-sedation.ConclusionSupercritical fluids extraction method is feasible for the activities of Litsea cubeba(Lour.)Pres.,and useful for the large scale production.The extract has significant functions in many ways and is worthy to further development.
