Study on extraction technology of total flavonoids of Anemarrhena

Objective To estable a method of extraction technology of total flavonoids to offer a basis for Anemarrhena's development.Methods It was studied on method,solvent,time of extraction of Anemarrhena's tatol flavonoids and was determined tatol flavonoids' content of Anemarrhena by UV-spectrophotometry.Results It was best extraction technology of Ultrasonic Extraction total flavanoids for 30min by 70% acohol.Conclusion This method was simple,quick,and accurated,and suitable to extract and determine total flavonoids' content of Anemarrhena.
