Experimental Study on the Promoting Motion Fatigue Recover of the Cordyceps Militaris Extract on the Chemical Indicators in Blood of Human

Objective To study the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract on the promoting motion fatigue recover on human by determining serum testosterone,cortisol,lactic acid and urea nitrogen contents. Methods Separately forty-eight man and thirty-five women were divided into two groups,including matched group and administration experimental drug group. Serum testoster-one and cortisol contents were determined by radioimmunoassay kit( RIA kit) . Lactic acid and urea nitrogen contents were determined by YSI1500 Lacte Analyzers and Diacetyl Monoxime method. Results Serum testosterone and cortisol content in blood experimental drug group were( 863. 54 ± 231. 57) fmol/L and ( 20. 20 ± 2. 66) nmol/L,( 680. 02 ± 157. 12) fmol/L and ( 26. 38 ± 6. 42) nmol/L in male of matched group. Serum testosterone content in experimental drug group was obviously than that of matched group ,cortisol content was lower than that of matched group,and there was statistical significance ( P 0. 01) between the drug groups. The levels of serum testostenme experimental group and watched group were( 21. 04 ± 3. 71) nmol/L,and( 26. 84 ± 5. 06) nmol/L in female respectively,cortisol content was lower than that of matched group,and there was statistical significance ( P 0. 05) as compared with matched group. The contents of lacic aevle and area lltrogea in experimental drug group and watches group were( 0. 93 ± 0. 23) and( 10. 27 ± 1. 89) mmol/L,( 1. 88 ± 0. 33) and( 14. 77 ± 1. 21) mmol/L in male respectively,lactic acid and urea nitrogen was obviously lower than those of matched group,and there was statistical significance ( P 0. 05) compared with matched group. Conclusion The Cordyceps Militaris extract has anti-fatigue effect and bioactivity of promoting motion fatigue recover in human.
