As today the impact of human activity on climate change is getting more and more distinct, climate change has become the most important problem of environment and development all over the world. In 2009,on the eve of Copenhagen World Climate Conference, just when the international community was going to discuss how to jointly address climate change, the "Climate-Gate" event erupted, which was against scientific spirit. This incident gave the climate skeptics chances to object the climate negotiations, then sparked off a string of events such as "Glacier-Gate" and "Amazon-Gate",and it would clearly influence the reliability of IPCC`s assessment report.Though the fact that human activity impact on climate change didn`t change, these events started the science community thinking of the attitude of science research.
