Through investigate more than 30 flange forging enterprises on-site of Xinzhou City, This paper found the main common problems is the precision of the product is not up to the requirements, enterprise`s rough machining products should fine processing again, that can be sued for customers. Therefore, the use of intelligent technology to transform the traditional industry is imperative. This paper focus on the trend, goal, focus and mode of the development of intelligent manufacturing,so as to promote the development of intelligent technology to expand the transfer and accelerate innovation.
