Production of L-lactic acid by sugar and molasses fermentation

This paper introduced the nature and application of L-lactic,acid combining with the practical situation of cane sugar factory,talked about the production of L-Lactic acid by sugar and molasses fermentation.at the same time,discussed the current situation of production of L-lactic acid by fermentation and looked into its development perspective.
