A bi-level programming optimization method for the layout of technical servuce statuion

The rational layout of technical service station guaranteed the railway department to accomplish the transport task efficiently. In this paper, the problem of layout of technical service station was divided into three dependent subproblems--location of technical service station, construction scale of technical service station and wagon flow organizing. A bilevel programming optimization model for the layout of technical service station was established. Through enumerating the locating projects of technical service station and iteratively solving the problem between the upper programming and the lower programming, the problem of the layout of technical service station was effectively converted into a series of relatively independent subproblems. Practical applications denoted that the optimization method operated rapidly based on the bilevel programming and the calculated result was rational. It provided a perfect decisionmaking support method for the layout of technical service station.
