Connection between the Tea Culture and Cultivation of Life in Quietness

Quietness is a key component of the tea culture. Quietness of tea not only refers to the attributes and rituals of tea itself,but also refers to the external Quietness of tea and the internal quietness of tea culture.Quietness is also a Chinese traditional life cultivation kung fu. While explaining the core concepts of Taoism,nature and inaction,Taoism pays close attention to the important position of Quietness in its philosophy. Confucianism also pays attention to the philosophical connotation of "Quietness"and the value of life cultivation.Quietness is also a kind of life concept and life attitude. By practicing the Quietness of tea culture and the Quietness of traditional philosophy,the construction of the quiet life artistic conception is a beautiful realm of life artistic conception.
