Determination of Tetracycline in Fish and Shrimp by Chemiluminescence Micro-flow Injection on a Chip

A micro-flow injection system on a chip was prepared for the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp,based on luminol-H_2O_2 chemiluminescence.Spiral flow cell channels were fabricated using laser on poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA).The sampling time was controlled precisely by a timer.The linear range was 2.0×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-5) g/mL with a detection limit of 1.7×10~(-8)(g/mL),and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%(n=11,ρ=5.0×10~(-7) g/mL).The method is simple,rapid and highly sensitive and consumes less reagent.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp.
