STUDY ON HEXCIRCLIC STRUCTURE OF WATER AND ITS EFFECT ON THERMODENATURATION OF LYSOZYME

The hexcirclic structure of water and its biological functions have been studied by means of theoretical analysis and experimental verification.The studies show that in most water exist molecular clusters of hexcirclic structure after being processed through low temperature and supersonic harmonic vibration at a fixed frequency.Such a structural water plays a very important role in the activity of biological protein,nucleic acid,cell and organization.The results obtained by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) prove that the anti thermodenaturation ability of lysozyme has been raised through hydration of lysozyme with structured water.
