Development of pressure measurement system to knit underwear

The pressure test system for underwear is developed aiming at the deficiencies of existing garment pressure test systems. The components of system's hardware is introduced and the corresponding software is developed by using Microsoft Visual C ++6.0. The realizing process of zero adjustment,real-time data acquisition, calibration, sampling frequency adjustment, playback of historical data, conversion of data type are described. According to the pressure test to the waist tape with this system,it is shown that the system can accurately measure the knit underwear,and it is very stable and easy to operate.
