Effects of Different Kinds of Coated Urea on Corn Growth and Slowed-release of N

Effects of four different kinds of coated urea on corn growth were studied by pot experiment.These coated fertilizers were appraised by their impact on available N,urease activities,corn biomass and nitrogen utilization.According to corn biomass,improvement of CRF-16 is remarkable with 30.67% more than that of ck.Compared with the other treatments,the N utilization of CRF-16 is the most highest.It is 19.16% more than ck.Urease activities of these four coated fertilizers kept down in prophase.In the flush period of corn,the urease activities increased.It promoted N release.Available-N of coated fertilizers increased in anaphase of corn.It related to N controlled release in the front stage and more release in the later stage.
