Study on Regression and Interaction Effect of the Key Cultivated Factors on Yield of Japonica Rice Longjing 25 in Cold Region

With single factor regression design and quadratic orthogonal design, the experiments studied single factor and interaction effect of nitrogen fertilizer and density on yield of japonica rice Longjing 25 in cold region. The results indicated that nitrogen fertilizer and density and yield had a conic curve relationship. At the same time, the experiments in the case of single factor obtained the optimum amount of nitrogen:(144.2±5.0)kg·hm-2, the optimum density:(26.5 ±1.0)points·m-2. The results of interaction effect indicated that it was easier to achieve goal of high yield with the middle level nitrogen fertilizer and density. The experiments obtained the theoretical maximum: 9 771.31 kg·hm-2when X1 and X2was 0 level.
