EXERCISE PERFORMANCE,MITOCHONDRIA ENERGY TRANSITION RATE AND EFFICIENCY

The coupling of oxidative phosphorylation and rate of mitochondria ATP synthesis could be used for evaluating the function of mitochondria.The compensation mechanism that the ATP was supplied by glycolysis could decrease the rate of mitochondria ATP synthesis and destroyed the balance of internal environment.The coupling of oxidative phosphorylation was reduced and the balance of internal enviroment was destroyed when the rate of mitochondria ATP synthesis was on the decline.It was significant of studying factors of transition of ATP supply by glycolysis and mitochondria to enhance exercise performance.
