Advances in Biological Research on Exercise and Endothelial Cell

Endothelium cell and its biological activity substance play important roles in regulating vessel tension.They have a close relation with cardiovascular disease.Regular exercise is known to be effective in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Among the cardioprotectant mechanisms influenced by exercise,the endothelium is becoming recognized as a major target.The article discusses the exercise-induced changes of morphology,secretion,adhesion,receptor,apoptosis on VEC.An enhanced understanding of the effects of exercise on the endothelial cell will assist in directing future research into the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
