Experimental Design of Motorcycle Road Simulation

The restriction of tire-coupled motorcycle road simulation test is complicated,and its iteration precision is fluctuant.The process and principle of motorcycle road simulation test basing on remote parameter control(RPC) are analyzed,the affecting factors and levels of iteration precision of tire-coupled motorcycle road simulation test are established,and the test index is developed.Then the motorcycle road simulation test is designed with orthogonal experimental design method,the arranged test is trialed at random,the optimum test scheme is established with variance analysis.The result shows that the motorcycle road simulation test can acquire higher iteration precision with the optimum test scheme.
