Seeds of Sour jujube were used as materials to study the different concentrations of salt stress、alkali stress and saline- alkali stress on its germination. The result showed that the germination capability of sour jujube was inhibited obviously under saline, alkali and complex saline- alkali stresses. The seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index decreased, the relative salt- harmed rate increased. As the concentration of salt, alkali and salt solution increased, the inhibitory effect increased.Seeds did not germinate after alkali stress was more than 0. 6% concentration... Inhibitory extent were different under different salt-alkaline stress, alkali stress saline- alkali stress Salt Stress.
