Establishment and Simulation of Temperature Distribution Mathematical Model of High Temperature Protective Clothing

High temperature protective clothing is an important part of high temperature protective measures.In order to reduce the research and development cost, short the research and development cycles, and improve the performance of protective clothing, the study established a one-dimensional multi-layer heat transfer model of special protective clothing based on heat transfer through the micro-mechanism analysis of the three-layer structure of clothing. According to the experimental data, the temperature distribution along the thickness direction with time was calculated by the equation discretization and progressive iteration of cellular automata algorithm. It is found that the model had good fitting effect, strong stability and could be extended and used.
