Design of Intelligent Ultra Low Power Consumption Sensor for Carbon Monoxide

In order to measure carbon monoxide content accurately and meet the needs for low power consumption,an intelligent carbon monoxide sensor was designed with a modular structure. It integrates the analog signal acquisition unit,power management unit,analog signal disposal unit,microprocessor unit,and the temperature collection unit. The use of allweather temperature compensation,general command set control and power management can not only improve the accuracy and stability of carbon monoxide detection,but also meet the low power consumption demand for carbon monoxide monitoring the node of common battery. Experiments show that the intelligent ultra low power consumption sensor has better temperature compensatory function and lower power consumption. In the given experimental conditions,the maximum error is 3.0% in 0,℃;when the sampling period is 30,s,the power consumption is 5.94,mW;and when the sampling period is 150,s, the power consumption is only 1.49,mW.
