WU Xue-ping~1,ZHU Kai~2,LIU Guo-shun~2,PENG Hua-wei~2,PENG Sa~2,GUO Qiao-yan~2(1.Institute of Soil and Fertilizers,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Beijing 100081;2.National Tobacco Cultivation,Physiology and Biochemistry Research Center,Henan Agricultural University,Zhengzhou 450002)
To reduce the disparity of the different position leaves of tobacco planting on cinnamon soil of Henan Province, the optical ratio of organic N and inorganic N (the 50% sesame cake nitrogen to 50% chemical fertilizer nitrogen) was selected. The contents of petroleum extracts in leaves were significantly increased by the treatment. The relative contents of higher fatty acid in leaves were greatly affected by the treatment. It could increase the relative contents of myristate, lauric and C~0_(15) acid, and decrease the contents of linolenic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and C~2_(20) acid. High quality leaves containing the suitable ratio of nicotine and reducing sugar could be obtained by the treatment. The contents of reducing sugar could be increased by the treatment. However, the contents of nicotine were decreased .The differences of qualities in the three position leaves were reduced.
