Dynamics of Soil Respiration of Vegetable Field and Its Response to Fertilizer in Karst Valleys Area

Location experiment was used to monitor the process of soil respiration of vegetable field under four different treatments(bare land(NPNF),planting vegetables,no fertilizer(PNF),planting vegetables,apply mineral fertilizer(PCF)and soil planting vegetables,apply mineral fertilizer and organic manure(PCFM)).Through the analysis of the seasonal variation of soil respiration and the relationship between various influencing factors,the dynamics of soil respiration and response to fertilizer application at the vegetable fields in Karst valleys area were discussed.The results showed that:(1)Soil respiration presented the change of season,the maximum was in summer,the following was in spring,the minimum was in winter.During the period of vegetable growth,the soil respiration rate under different treatments followed as PCFM PCFPNFNPNF.(2)Soil temperature,dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and soil respiration rate showed a significantly positive correlation(P0.05).From March to mid-September,it was significantly correlated between soil moisture and soil respiration rate.From late September to the February in second year,it was significantly correlated between soil moisture and soil respiration rate.Soil NO-3-N and soil respiration rate were not significant correlation.Soil temperature in second year was the key factor which affected the soil respiration rate.
