The Regulation of Verticompost and Microbial Organic Fertilizer on Soil Nutrients and Summer Maize Yield

A field experiment of optimal application fertilizer treatment,imputing vermicompost and microbial organic fertilizer based on optimal application fertilizer was carried out in Qu-Zhou experimental station,China Agricultural University.The following indicators were measured: the yield of summer maize and continuous monitored the shoot biomass,soil available phosphorus,soil mineral nitrogen,soil organic matter,soil microbial biomass carbon in different growing stages of summer maize.In comparison with CK treatment,the yield of maize increased by 6.8% and 8.2%,respectively in VC and MOF treatment.It was one major reason for MOF improving the yield of maize.VC treatment significantly influenced the yield of maize through regulating soil microbial biomass carbon during the mid and late period.To fertilize maize with VC and MOF was economical viable which offering a new perspective for maize nutrients management.
