Development of Study on NO_x Decomposition - Reduction Catalysts

The decomposition-reduction catalysts of NO_x are reviewed in this paper, which include 3 types: the noble metal catalyst, the oxide catalyst and the molecular seive replaced by metal ions. There are also catalysts of 3 types: the molecular seive; the metal oxide and the noble metal in the hydrocarbon selectivity catalyst reduction (HC-SCR) reaction of NO_x Cu-ZSM-5 is probably used, so it is introduced in detail in this paper including the catalyst mechanism, and the effects of temperature, O_2 concentration, replacement degree of Cu~(2+), different kinds and contents of hydrocarbon on Cu-ZSM-5. Besides, the experiments related to the catalyst reduction reaction are discussed, and the problems and hot point of research are pointed out.
