Information Sharing Thoughts in Developed Countries and the Relevant Legal Systems

It is believed in this paper that the preconditions for the promotion of information sharing are the advanced thoughts and the legal system which can better accord with the requirement of the contemprary society.The Bucharest Declaration emphasizes the importance of information sharing for the requirement of information society, the development of democracy and the securing access to information and knowledge. USA and EU have established better legal systems for information sharing. In this paper, the author suggests that China should reinforce its legal system construction for information sharing, which will be of benefit to the further improvement of some laws and regulations in other correlative domains.
