The Study on the Effects of Librarians’ Job Satisfaction to Their Organizational Commitment

Based on t-test and correlation analysis, the difference of organizational commitment factors between high-score group and low-score group of librarians' job satisfaction factors was researched, and the effects of their job satisfactory to organizational commitment is illuminated. On the whole, job satisfaction and its five factors including equality satisfaction, gaining satisfaction, work value, organizational atmosphere satisfaction and manager satisfaction are positive correlated with affective commitment and normative commitment; Job load satisfaction is negative correlated with each factor of organizational commitment; continuance commitment is negative correlated with several factors of job satisfaction.
