Research on Ability of Restraining the Free Radical of Sporting Rats' Myocardium Tissue Enhanced by Astragalus Mongholicus Bunge

This paper studies the influence of sustaining maximal training on free radical of rats' myocardium tissue by astragalus mongholicus bunge.The result shows that content of SOD,CAT activity increases significantly ( P0.01 ),while the content of MDA decrease significantly ( P0.01 ) after training.It suggests that AMB is an effective antioxidant to decrease free radical and improve endurance,anti-oxidative in rats.
