The continuous dehydrogenation of cyclohexane catalyzed by Raney-Ni under multi-phase reaction conditions was studied.The influences of the salt bath temperature,feeding rate of cyclohexane and catalyst dosage on the continuous dehydrogenation reaction were investigated systematically.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of the salt bath temperature at 370℃,feeding rate of 25mL/h and catalyst dosage of 3g,the overall performance of the reaction system achieved its optimal,with the hydrogen evolution rate of 27mL/min,purity of hydrogen 88% and conversion of cyclohexane 8.2%.The apparent kinetic study on the continuous dehydrogenation reaction of cyclohexane showed that,within the salt bath temperature ranged from 290℃ to 410℃,the apparent activation energy of the continuous dehydrogenation reaction was 12.57kJ/mol.
