THE RESEARCH OF LARGE AREA (2790cm ̄2)INTEGRATED a-SiC:H/a-Si:H STACKED SOLAR CELL

The paper describes the development and results of stability experiment for large area (2790 cm2) integrated a-SiC:H/a-St:H stacked solar cell. Some factors that limit the efficiency of the stacked solar cell are discussed here. The important parameters of solar cell have been attained through experiment are listed below. Open circuit voltage Vo c=40. 8V. short circuit current Isc = 530. 40 mA. fill factor FF =49. 4%.convertion efficiency in active area (2280 cm2) EFF=4. 69%. it is emphasized that the development of good a-SiC:H thin fill and solving the problem of internal n/p contactare the keys that enhance the performance of this kind of solar cell.
