The Physical Fitness Effect of Sports Dance on the Middle or Old Age People
In order to explore the physical fitness effects of sports dance on middle or old age men,the dancers' blood pressure and waistline and so on were measured before and after dance training. Results:after dance training for 6 months, the spiritual and sleeping conditions and other subjective indexes wer improved significantly. The systolic or diastoic pressure and the rate of respiration at rest and the heart rate after acute exercise in post-training were lower than those in pre-training. It proved the good fitness effects of sports dance on the middle or old age people .
