Study on Electron Temperature Measured by Microwave Emission in HT-7 Tokamak

LING Bi-li, XU Yu-chun, WAN Bao-nian (Institute of Plasma Physics, The Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei 230031, China)
A set of electron cyclotron emission (ECE) system has been installed on HT-7 tokamak , which consists of 15 channels. Compared to soft x pulse height analyzer, Thomson scattering, and Langmuir probe, ECE system can provide electron temperature with high temporal resolution and electron temperature distribution profiles. The experimental results show this system can provide electron temperature time evolution and electron temperature distribution profile with central toroildal magnetic field great than 1.8 Tesla.
