Several Ways to Detect Rotor Flux in Vector Controlled AC Induction Motor

Rotor field orientation control is the base of high-performance control strategy of AC motor vector control.The key of rotor tield control is how to truly calculate the rotor flux linkag.According to the theory of vector control and operation of AC induction motor,this paper analyzes several methods to indirectly detect rotor flux and also discusses their essence and their advantage disadvantage respectively.
