Rotor Shaft Mechanical Design of Big Length to Diameter Ratio High Power Density Asynchronous Motor

DOU Man-feng,WANG Bei-she(Northwestern Polytechnical University,Xi'an 710072,China)  
Affected by electromagnetism and structure,the rotor shaft of big length to diameter ratio high power density asynchronous motor shows low intensity and bad rigidity.In order to ensure the motor running dependably,this paper based on the analysis of intensity and rigidity,used high intensity alloy material 30CrMnSi,designed a rotor shaft of 16kW high power density asynchronous motor.The experiment showed that the mechanical and electric performance reached the requirement.
