Analysis and Experimental Research of Thrust Fluctuation of PMSLM Based on FAHP

In this paper,the mechanism of thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) is analyzed and the sequence of significance of these reasons is studied by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).It pointes out that the edge effect,thrust ripple,the distribution of permanent magnet and cogging effect are the most important factors.At the same time,facing these main factors,synthetic improvement is made.Experiment results show that the way of how to control and improve the thrust fluctuation of PMSLM is acquired.
