The Study on the Ancient Rice from Bashidang, Mengxi in Lixian County

by Zhang Wenxu and Pei Anping  
The grain shape of 133 ancient rice and the bi-peak-tubercle of 4 ancient rice of Bashitan of mengxi in Lixien county were stutied with the reference system of O. rufipogon. indica and japonica . They are a dividing in indica, japonica and wild rice characters original and indica-like,little grain cultural rice that were deeply convinced and name of "Bashitan ancient rice "were suggested.
