Reliability Analysis for Motional Board in All-Electric Injection Molding Machine Based on ANSYS

Based on the theory of general structure design of all-electric injection molding machine,the article is dedicated to constructing finite element model of motional board with the general CAE software-ANSYS,and reliability analysis is operated with Monte-Carlo method.With the PDS of ANSYS procedure,the randomicity of the actual structure design parameters is simulated,by taking thickness H1,H2 of motional board in all-electric injection molding machine,pressure load and yield strength as input random variables.The stress probability distribution of this finite element analysis model and the sensitivity of the design parameters such as the pressure load and wall thickness to the stress distribution are obtained.
