An Analysis of Teacher Stress and Coping Strategies

Teachers have been identified as an occupational group that function under conditions of high stress. The aim to reduce teachers' stress is one of the most important challenges facing education. Since there are a number of sources of stress, we have to consider the coping strategies of teacher stress from different angles.
