A Review of the Class Size Reduction Reform of American Federal Government

In America,the rights of educational management belong to local governments instead of federal government.Due to the undesirable achievements of class size reduction in many states as not improving the students' success in studying and the new unjust phenomenon,federal government conducted a reform of class size reduction in 1998.It's useful to analyze the experiences and lesson of this reform for the enhancement of reforms of class size reduction and its research in China.
