Effect of Total Hardness in Water on Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen

Yu Ting-ting;
Through long-term investigation and practice,it has achieved remarkable results and provided many valuable reference data for wastewater treatment of industrial enterprises in China.However,for the detection results of ammonia nitrogen in water,it is greatly affected by its hardness.In order to ensure the accuracy of the results,the effect of total hardness in water on the detection results and the way of avoiding should be found through experiments.Firstly,the paper brie?y discusses the related theories of ammonia nitrogen value and hardness in water,and analyzes several methods commonly used in the detection of ammonia nitrogen in water in China.Finally,the experimental method is spectrophotometry,and the water is summarized through several experiments.The in?uence of total hardness on the detection of ammonia nitrogen value and its corresponding law are expected to help to improve the accuracy of ammonia nitrogen detection in water.
