Fictitious Compress-Recuperation of Gravitational Potential

SHEN Wenbin 1 (1 Key Laboratory of Geospace Environment and Geodesy, Ministry of Education, School of Geodesy and Geomatics, Wuhan University, 129 Luoyu Road, Wuhan 430079, China)  
In this paper, the author creates a new method, by which the earth's external gravity field can be precisely determined, provided that the geopotential on the earth's surface is known. The main idea about the determination of the earth's external gravity field is stated.
