Study on Uniaxial Compressive Mechanical Properties About Foam Concrete

Three different densities of foam concrete were prepared.In the four age stages,the different densities of foam concrete compressive mechanical properties were tested.Studied the effects of age and densities to the compression stress-strain curve of foam concrete under uniaxial.On this basis,considering the age and density of foam concrete under uniaxial compressive stress-strain relationship of expression.Expressions were used polynomial,the highest for four.The results show that the compression peak stress of the foam concrete under uniaxial increases with increasing age,higher densities,growth rate of the peak stress,especially in the younger age,but foam concrete with the increase in age,the growth rate of the peak stress is reduced;the densities of foam concrete be in 400 kg/m3 to 800 kg/m3 and age from 3 d to 28 d,the peak stress increased about 2-fold,between 0.2 MPa and 3.5 MPa.
