The Influence of Fly Ash and Cinder on Properties of Cement Based Foam Concrete

In order to solve the application of low-grade fly ash and cinder,and explore the influence of fly ash and cinder on the performance of cement-based foam concrete,compatibility,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of samples were studied.The experimental results show that the compatibility,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of cement based foam concrete are weakened when 20% or 40% mineral admixture added.However,with the increase of dry density of samples,the weakening phenomenon is effectively inhibited.Therefore,the low-grade fly ash and cinder are more suitable for manufacturing the cement based foam concrete,which has large dry density,and have the functions of load-bearing capacity and thermal insulation.
