Voltammetric behavior of bisphenol A on poly(alizarin red)/MWCNTs/GC composite modified electrode

Poly alizarin red film was prepared on multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) modified electrodes by cyclic voltammetry in phosphate buffer solution,and the modified electrode was characterized.The electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A on the poly(alizarin red)/MWCNTs/GC composite modified electrode(PAR/MWCNTs/GCE) was studied by cyclic voltammetry.Experiment result shows that the peak currents of linear sweep voltammograms are linear to the bisphenol A concentrations over the range of 5.0×10-7-1.0×10-5 mol/L.The detection limits is 5.0×10-8 mol/L.The PAR/MWCNTs/GCE can be used as electrochemical sensor for detection and quantitative analysis of bisphenol A and the sample in the environment.
