An Adaptive Image Enhancement Algorithm Based on Human Visual Properties and Fuzzy Sets

According to human visual properties,a sharpen operator combining grads with difference principle can process image and further enhance the details of image and the edge of regions with similar gray-levels.Then combined with fuzzy aggregation theory,the gray-levels are changed in the different regions.An adaptive image enhancement algorithm based on human visual properties and fuzzy sets is presented.The algorithm can expand the dynamic range of image and improve the detail and the contrast of image.It has the effect of enhancement and smoothness,which can enhance the image and avoid much enhancement of noise.
