Study on Extraction of Pectine

Li Yushan Zhang Zhengguang Li Xiao Li Tao Hu Yukun (College of Chemistry & Life Science, China Three Gorges Univ.,Yichang 443003,China)  
The optimam technological conditions for extraction process in tart conditin.of pectine using citrus,skin peel and pulp have been researched experimentally.The experimental results show that the optimum technological conditions is 10∶1,the pH value is 1.5;the best temperature is 85℃,the total time is 90min.
