The Effect of Aspergillus Niger on Enhancing Hypoxia Tolerance and heat endurance of Mice

Purpose: To study the influence of Aspergillus niger on hypoxia tolerance and heat endurance of experimental mice. Methods: The mice were divided into two groups. Aspergillus niger was administrated in the experiment group and the same amount of normal saline in the control group. After these administrations hyposia tolerance and heat endurance were determined. Results: The results indicate that the hypoxia tolerance and heat endurance of mice in the experiment group are remarkably higher than those in the control group. There is a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Aspergillus niger can enchance the hypoxia tolerance and heat endurance of experimental mice.
