A New Method for Control in Gas Collector Pressure of Coke Oven

An adaptive PID control algorithm based on neuron is proposed, aimed at characters in gas collector pressure of coke oven. Neuron and PID are combined and PID parameters are adjusted on line. The single neuron adaptive PID controller is researched. The simulation is given through Matlab/Simulink. As a result, single neuron adaptive PID is much better than conventional PID. The proposed single neuron adaptive PID is applied into gas collector pressure of coke oven. The ability of the anti-disturbance is improved and a perfect control performance is obtained.
