Nonlinear Finite Element Analyzing on Mechanical Properties of Low-Martensite in HRB400

The volume fraction of martensite(M%) has great influence on mechanical properties of HRB400 for rod;ABAQUS is used to numerical simulation calculation of different volume fraction of martensite.Based on mathematic statistic concept,the linear regression equation for the dependence of the volume fraction for martensite on yield strength and tensile strength is obtained.It is proved that the simulative calculated data is consistent with the experimental data.Therefore it could describe the dependence of low volume fraction of martennite on yield strength and tensile stregth.
