MSN tying arrangement and Single- product issue

Single-product issue is the fist step to the analysis of tying arrangement.Although we focus on the problem more and more,it's difficult to adopt consumer demand and market structure test in new economy with net effect and creation.To face the impact of new economic, it's necessary to use effective and consumer welfare standards.So,from these viewpoints,the bounding strategy of Microsoft on MSN is to maintain market power,control market,use in-effective strategy,concrete enter- obstacle.
