Winning Mechanism Study:A New Research Site Urgently Needed to Be Explored

LIU Yi-dong(Institute for the History of Science at the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100190,China)  
This article points out that the study on the winning mechanism remains very weak.The winning mechanism is related to the accomplishment of organizational goals,to the organizational reform,and to the talent identify,all of this was analyzed.In addition,the paper discusses the concept,function,applications of winning mechanism,the relation between winning mechanism and incentive mechanism,and winning delay,and winning efficiency,and winning cost.In the end,the author points out that winning mechanism is a new research site urgently needed to be explored and a new point for knowledge growth.
